When you teach, you learn.

As many of you know, I am a Senior Instructor for the Bio Cranial Institute. I'll be teaching an advanced class in Houston this weekend for doctors of chiropractic who have already been trained in this clinical approach. It's a privilege to be entrusted with passing on this profound knowledge. In thinking about what I would present to this class, I went back to the basics and studied the skull, once again, in great depth. I had an important revelation that has brought about enhanced results since a technical issue about hand placement on the cranium became clearer to me.

Lately, I have been taking care of a lot of musical entertainers including Chicago and America. I'll also be working with Smooth Jazz Saxophonist Mindi Abair this coming weekend after teaching the class. A West Coast colleague,
Dr. Janice Jones, has an interesting way of thinking about Bio Cranial corrections:

"Your body is wonderful instrument - like a guitar. The cranial bones are like the strings. When I work with your cranium it's like you tuning the strings on your guitar. Some CranioBiotic Research: Did you know that people can be allergic to combinations of substances, even if they aren't allergic to the individual components? For example, when I do CranioBiotic Technique testing, I may find that a patient tests OK on milk and on eggs, but not on the combination of milk and eggs! I have found similar situations with chicken and onions. Theoretically, any of combination of ingredients could be a problem. While blood testing and scratch testing can detect allergies and sensitivities to individual substances, muscle response testing may be the best way to check out reactivity to combinations.
